When you shop with Tashfa Autos we collect the details you give us — your name, phone number, delivery address and order details — so we can confirm and deliver your order. If you create an account, we also store your email address.

We use the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to understand how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. The pixel records actions on our website — such as page views and purchases — and shares them with Meta so we can measure and improve our advertising.

In regions where the law requires your consent, the pixel stays off until you accept it in our cookie banner. Elsewhere it runs as part of our ordinary website measurement. Either way, Meta counts ad clicks and impressions on its own platforms.

You can accept or reject advertising cookies when the banner appears, and change your mind at any time: open Cookie settings in the footer of any page and choose again. Rejecting stops ad measurement immediately; it does not affect your ability to shop or check out.

We share order data only with the people who fulfil it — our delivery partners and, for workshop bookings, the workshop you chose. Advertising measurement data is shared with Meta as described above. We never sell your personal data.

Order records are kept for up to one year for warranty and support purposes, then removed. Inactive accounts are removed after one year of inactivity.
