Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for every return.
• Non-returnable: customised or special-order products, final sale items, and installed electronic components.

Return Process

• Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address.
• Pack the item securely and include your name, phone number and order number.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item passes inspection.
• Cash on Delivery: bKash refund within 1 working day.
• Card payments: payment reversal in 3–10 working days, or bKash within 1 working day.
• bKash / Internet Banking: bank deposit within 7 working days, or bKash within 1 working day.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Inspect your parcel on delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged.
• Send clear photos of the item and packaging so we can process your claim quickly.
• Approved claims receive a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Products

• Lubricants and oils with scratched or used authenticity QR codes.
• Tyres that have been fitted, driven on or road-tested.
• Electronic products sensitive to voltage once installed or powered.
• Aerosol, sprayer and other sealed chemical products once opened.
